Ryan Blaney Dominates at Nashville Superspeedway for First Victory of 2025 Season
The Team Penske driver took control on a long green-flag run to end the race after winning Stage 2.

“It just proves how strong this group is to bounce back from the disappointment last week. We had a really bad qualifying draw, but we stuck through it and had a shot. I’m proud of this group. Our average with this car is 38th, so it’s a big upgrade. I was probably being a lot more vocal on the radio than I needed to be, but you’re just trying so hard to find something that’s just not there. We fell one spot short again, but hopefully, this is a step in the right direction. I haven’t seen the replay of the wreck with Ricky Stenhouse Jr. I’ve seen people make similar moves and get sent, and I think he was the one I wrecked jili gcash. Denny Hamlin — Third
“I was really hot. I don’t run a cool shirt or anything like that, which are three elements other drivers have. I just couldn’t keep up with the 12 in the long run. “We executed the details well. Except for that one restart where we lost the lead, I don’t think I would have maintained it anyway. During that run, Blaney was just incredible, which gave him that huge lead. After the last pit stop, I had a pretty solid run once I got going; it just took me 15 to 20 laps to find speed in the Mustang, just like in practice. I’m proud of Team Penske; all our cars got a win now, which is pretty impressive. It shows all the teams are strong. My boys were great on pit road too. Just solid, hard-earned top five. Everyone fights hard. Last week at Charlotte, we just missed our setups; we didn’t hit it right. We understood where we were at the end of the race, but it was just too late. ”
William Byron — Fifth
“I felt like our car was capable of a top three finish behind Blaney and Hamlin. We just didn’t get to restart with clean air. I think if we had, maybe we could have held them off, but it seemed like we had to make too many adjustments to keep up. It was a good effort from the No. 24 Chevrolet team. We tried something different on the last stop, it ran long, and honestly, I thought it was going to work out, but we had a slow sequence. Nashville Superspeedway has been tough for us the past couple of years. We had good speed; we just couldn’t get the handling right.”
Bubba Wallace — Sixth
“The speeding penalty was frustrating because I knew we were fast. It was nice to methodically work our way through the field and make passes. I’ll never understand strategy; I thought we were pitting in 12th, then realized fifth and fourth were in front of me. Overall, it was a good night for our Camry.”
Erik Jones — Seventh
“It was a great day. We ran really strong, at times a top-five car. We lost a bit of speed towards the end but proud of the past two weeks and hopeful for more at Michigan. philwin casino Our mile-and-a-half setups have been solid all year; it’s about putting it together. Today was a good day; we didn’t make mistakes and had good pit stops. We just need to get a bit faster.”
Kyle Larson — Eighth
“It was a bit wild; I don’t know if the TV caught everything that happened during my day ra 11203. We struggled with our balance and faced some issues but found some luck along the way. It was unfortunate not to have the speed and balance we wanted, but once we shifted our focus on gaining track position, we had good restarts. I’m glad we recovered to get a top 10 finish, but I would have liked to be better here.”
